SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Method & Time
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail and do not offer express shipping at this time. Once shipped, packages take between 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on how far away the destination address is from our location in Seattle, WA. Note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may take longer than usual.
Free Local Pickup
We offer free curbside pickup at our location in northwest Seattle. Simply choose the “Local Pickup” shipping option at checkout. We will contact you either same-day or next-day via email and/or SMS after receiving your order with pickup instructions.
Shipping Costs
Orders with a subtotal of at least $49 receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping and are otherwise charged a flat shipping rate of $5.99.
International Shipping
Due to the complicated nature of hemp legality in foreign countries, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes
Since we only ship with USPS, all orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Legality Notice
Hemp products that contain CBD and no more than 0.3% THC were removed from the list of federally-controlled substances by the 2014 Farm Bill and 2018 Farm Bill, however several states have enacted restrictions and even bans on certain CBD-containing hemp products. We only ship CBD hemp products to states that have not placed restrictions on the purchase or possession of such products. Please check with your state and local laws before placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that includes products that are forbidden at the destination address specified in the order.
Note the products that contain only hemp seed foods or are made of hemp fiber are and have always been 100% legal federally and in all states. There are no restrictions on where these products can be shipped.
New Orders
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order in our system. The charge card used will have a hold placed on it for the total order amount but will not be charged until the order is processed.
Requesting Changes To Your Order
You may contact us any time by emailing hello@cascadiahempco.com or calling (360) 519-7314 before we process your order to request any changes. Once your order has been processed, your card will be charged, and no further changes can be made to your order. After that time the only action we can take is to initiate a return. See our Return Policy.
Order Processing
You will receive another email once your order is being processed, which involves charging your card and packing your order. You will receive two more emails once we’ve purchased a shipping label for your package; one confirming your order is complete and another that includes the USPS tracking link for your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Orders placed before 1 P.M. are usually processed same-day but may be processed the next day, except Sundays and holidays. Please note that processing time does not mean delivery time, as USPS must still ship the order to you, which takes between 1-3 business days, or longer.
Checking the Status of Your Order
If you have registered an account on our website, you can check the status of any of your orders at the following URL: https://cascadiahempco.com/my-account/orders/
Otherwise, check your email for the various emails that we send out as an order is received, processed, and shipped. If you didn’t receive any emails from us, make sure to check your spam folder.

Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase only if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. See our Return Policy for more details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@cascadiahempco.com or call us at (360) 519-7314 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
