The line of CHABA topical products from Cannabis Basics

We’re thrilled to announce that Cascadia Hemp Co. is now officially offering a line of cannabis-infused topical skincare products from local Seattle company Cannabis Basics. Founder and hemp all-star Ah Warner founded the company in 1995. Though she has always incorporated hempseed oil for its naturally emollient and anti-inflammatory properties, in recent years she has begun adding infusions of low-THC cannabis flower extract to some of her products. The various botanical compounds found in cannabis flower extract, including cannabinoids and terpenes, have been shown to have soothing effects on skin, giving Cannabis Basics’ topicals a boost in therapeutic effectiveness. Legally defined in WA as CHABA (Cannabis Health and Beauty Aids), these products will not get you high and are not considered marijuana products. Rather, they are used by massage therapists and health buffs alike and simply leave skin smooth, moisturized, and feeling healthy.

Head over to the Shop to explore our available Cannabis Basics CHABA products, and follow the links below to learn more about Ah Warner, her company, and how cannabis-infused topicals work. Note that for the time being Cannabis Basics CHABA products can only be shipped to WA addresses.
